Steve Hollibaugh Steve is the CEO of the company. He earned his degree at the University of Florida, graduated Cum Laude attaining a BSc. in Building Construction Management. Steve has a Certificate of Management obtained from the AGC using Revit Architecture & Navisworks. He is a certified Building Contractor No.: 1253475.
Steve has worked his way up the ranks, starting as a Rough Framing Sub Contractor and then quickly moved to leading a framing crew. Projects included sub contracting to builders such as Centex Homes, Lennar and Fox Chase Homes. After 6 years , Steve was given the opportunity to become Superintendent for New Generation Homes Builders Inc and quickly made a name for himself, by getting the job done well and on time.
He was then commissioned to Project Manage 9 large Retail Interior Build Outs and successfully completed them, working his way up to handle large projects. In 2011, Steve's skills were not unnoticed and he was given the opportunity to work for the Hedrick Brothers and now was the Project Administrator 25 million dollar projects. After 2 years Steve took the bold move to focus full time on his own Building Contractor business and has not looked back.
His reputation for being dedicated to get the job done and also hiring the right people to get the job done has grown the business tremendously and even though works on some high budget projects, he provides the same quality of care to a small run of the mill kitchen refurbishment. " It is all about standing behind your word in this business, people need to know that we care as much as they do, perhaps even more as it is our reputation that is on the line."

Florida native, involved in construction industry with Hollibaugh Construction since 2007. Building platinum panel buildings and commercial retail space. Personal accomplishments include completion of retail build outs for Aqua Beachwear Swimsuit Chain across the state of Florida. Completion of the Manatee County Palmer Solar concession platinum panel, building in 2008. Proud mother of two boys, chase, 6, Cayden 2. Sarah is involved with the community through Special Olympics and the Ronal McDonald House.

We are active in the community and a member of the Sarsota Chamber of Commerce. We are also a Member of The National Home Builders Association as well as a Member of The Associated Builders and Contractors (student Chapter)
